The private villa with a big pool was amazing! The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful, providing great service. The breakfast was good and it offered great value for money. The design of the villa was stylish and the outdoor bathroom was fantastic. We really enjoyed the layout of the hotel area with the pool.

The location was a bit far from central Ubud, but the hotel offered a free shuttle service, which helped. It would have been better if the hotel clearly mentioned that it consists of two separate resorts.

I had always wanted to visit the Campuhan Ridge Walk, and choosing Virgin Villa was a great decision. The open-plan living and dining spaces, as well as the well-equipped kitchen, made our stay even more enjoyable.

Loved the pool area, friendly staff, spacious and comfortable room, delicious breakfast, free bike hire, beautiful property.

The villa offers comfortable rooms with nice decorations, outdoor bathrooms, and a private pool. the staff is friendly and always willing to help. the location is about a 10-15 minute drive from Ubud, but there is a complimentary shuttle available. the property is surrounded by lush greenery and features antique wooden elements. the pool is amazing, and the bathrooms are beautiful. There is also a cute shack bedroom by the pool. Guests can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay, perfect for a group of friends or family.

The room was quiet and comfortable, and the staff were really nice and friendly. The hotel itself had wide space and good facilities, including a great bed and a nice swimming pool. I recently stayed at a rustic, old wooden villa that gave me an amazing vibe and made me feel closer to nature. The property, 6-7 KM from Ubud Centre, is located in a peaceful and quiet area surrounded by lush green jungle. The private 3-bedroom villa with a swimming pool provided me with the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Despite dealing with ants and insects, the staff provided me with mosquito and insect killer to address this issue. The whole experience was authentic and unique, perfect for those seeking a different kind of getaway.

While the staff at the villa were available when called upon, their poor English language skills sometimes made it difficult to communicate effectively. This resulted in a situation where the wrong river rafting trip was booked despite confirming multiple times.
